The Mora area is open including Rialto Beach and Mora Campground. All campsites are reservable at Mora Campground during the peak summer season from June 6 – September 21, 2022.

Why is Ruby Beach closing?
A project to improve the Ruby Beach parking area and access road will begin in May or June of this year. The project will require the closure of Ruby Beach for about three months, until the work has been completed. Currently, the parking area and access road are gravel.

The trail itself starts at Rialto Beach, which is at the end of Mora Road in La Push. There’s a large parking lot for overnight campers so there shouldn’t be any issues finding a spot.
