(WPRI) – Rhode Island remains the most Catholic state in the U.S., while its second-largest faith group is individuals with no religious affiliation at all, according to a new study out Wednesday. A total of 41% of Rhode Islanders identified as Roman Catholic in a survey about 101,000 Americans.
