Dogs are allowed on our buses as long as they are on a lead. Our secure parking sites are fully covered by CCTV as well as regularly patrolled by security. You can also leave your details with the site operator and we’ll contact you if there’s any problem with your car, such as the lights being left on.

The beach is often deserted, and has no restrictions on dog walking. The sands can be accessed by parking at West View Road and walking through the tunnel which passes under the railway line. Then walk towards the sea, past the former industrial buildings, and turn right, towards the old pier.

The Park and Ride offers an affordable alternative to town centre parking. The site has 450 free spaces, a modern clean energy efficient building with waiting area and toilets. Dogs can travel on the bus at the discretion of the bus driver. There is no extra charge for dogs.
