- Sign into myCentennial. You will need your myCentennial username and password.
- Select “Student” on the left-hand side.
- Select “Student Records.”
- Select “Apply for Transfer Credit.”
- Follow the prompts to complete your application.
- Submit your application and wait for notification of the decision.
Can I change program in Centennial College?
Current and past students may request a transfer into another program by completing an Application for Program Transfer form available from the Enrolment Services Office. Program transfers are not automatic, however every effort will be made to accommodate your choice.
Can I transfer to Centennial College?
