Only registered guide and assistance dogs are permitted to visit the Garden. Children must stay with an adult at all times. Please keep to the paths and lawns.
Can I take a dog on the train?
Keep your dog on a lead throughout your journey. Enclosed pet carriers or crates must be used for dogs not on a lead. Any pet carrier must be rigid and not open (to prevent escape) and the dog must be able to stand and lie down in comfort. Dogs are not allowed to occupy seats.

We welcome and encourage assistance dogs on our buses and coaches and they are carried and welcome aboard at all times. We would ask you, though, to ensure you comply with any reasonable instruction given by the bus driver or the conductor whilst you and your dog are on board.

We are only able to permit registered assistance dogs to help disabled visitors. Whilst assistance/guide dogs are welcome they will not be able to accompany guests onto any of the rides.

Are dogs allowed in National Trust Gardens? Dogs are welcome in the majority of National Trust gardens and parks. In fact, you can enjoy some fantastic dog walks through some of the UK’s best countryside!
Are dogs allowed at Kew?
Only registered disability assistance dogs are allowed in the gardens – please leave your pets at home. There are deep bodies of water on site. Please supervise children at all times. Please do not climb, pick, prune or remove any plants from our Gardens.
