Where is the cargo bay in the Aurora?
To the right of the T-section, there is a door that is blocked off by a fire. The left corridor leads to the “Cargo Bay 3”. The right door leads to “Administration”. These rooms are indicated by signs on the Aurora itself.

If you mean the pathway underwater to the power cell room and then the doorway past that, you need to laser cut the door like you did to get into the locker room. If there is cargo crate debris in the way, then you use the propulsion cannon to move them.
Do you need the propulsion cannon to get into the Aurora?
Before you can enter the Aurora, you’ll need to clear out the boxes and crates that are blocking the entrance. You can do that with the Propulsion Cannon. You can find the fragments of the Propulsion Cannon around the wrecks in the Grassy Plateaus. The seabed of the Crash Zone and Underwater Islands also have them.
Can you go inside the Aurora in Subnautica?
There’s a fire extinguisher on the left in a box, or you could use your own. Make sure to remove the flames entirely – even a small amount can hurt you and spring back into a bigger inferno. At that point you can move through the doorway, and congratulations! You’re inside the Aurora!
Does the Aurora sink in Subnautica?
If you explore it while it’s submerged, the sinking event will trigger once you obtain the resource. If you wait long enough, the ship will sink on it’s own and you’ll need to navigate down the massive hole created by it.

You cannot enter the Aurora before it has blown up, only two access points are in the middle of the ship so without noclipping you cannot access them. It’s “closed up” until it explodes.
