How do you use Vallejo Model wash?
Model Wash can be applied by brush and airbrush and dries very quickly so that after some 20 minutes the painting or weathering process can be continued. Painting tools are cleaned with water. Model Wash is not flammable, and does not contain solvents.

In the case of Model Color and Game Color paint will seem dry to the touch very quickly, but optimum adherence to the surface and maximum resistance to scratches and dents may not be achieved until after 48 hours or more of drying time.

With Tamiya Acrylics thinned with Lacquer thinners I usually try to give them 30 mins before handling. But with flat paints in particular it’s not unusual for me to handle them within 10-15 mins after painting. Gloss coats usually get longer as they seem to take longer to dry.

What is the difference between Vallejo model and model air Color?
Vallejo make model air for airbrushing with finer pigments and their model color for brushpainting. Both seem to have about 200 colours in their respective ranges. HOWEVER, when comparing a colour in one range to the supposed same in the other range they appear NOT to be the same.
